RollBuddies 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your RollBuddies tips, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened or used tips.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@reallybaked.us with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal value.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item received).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Our products are intended for adults 21 years and older. They are designed as lifestyle accessories and are not marketed or intended for use with tobacco or illegal substances. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in their area.
